Open Enrollment Forms are now online

Parents: The DCSD Online Registration System is now open. Please be aware that class lists/schedules are not finalized at this time and are subject to change.

You can access the system by visiting the parent portal (https://dcsd.powerschool.com), logging in, and clicking the Online Registration link, located near the top-left corner of the screen. You will need to complete the online registration forms for each student. Here are a couple of key points to remember: - If your student has previously been enrolled in the current school, you can complete the online registration forms and do not need to attend a live registration event. -If you are registering a new student in any grade level, you must physically go to the school, and take the other required documents with you (Official Birth Certificate, Immunization Records - TB test results if applicable, Proof of Address, Parenting Plan (must be divorce decree) if applicable. For students in grades 7-12, please include a Withdrawal Form from the previous school and a transcript from that school. -If your student is in junior high or high school, you can click on the following link to pay their registration fees: https://dcsd.schoolcashonline.com. Setting up an account if you don't already have one is relatively easy, but you will need to know a couple of student information points, such as your Student Number. If you need help, you are welcome to contact your school or the district office.

Families of DCSD Students, Each school in Duchesne County School District will soon ask students, parents, and staff members a series of questions designed to accept feedback on various aspects of the school. We expect to conduct the school climate surveys around the middle of March. For now, we are asking families to give their permssion for their child to participate in the survey. To do this, please click the link below and choose the option that you prefer. The link also provides access to information on how the survey responses will be used, the actual questions that will be asked, etc. The School Climate Survey is an anonymous survey used to assess stakeholder perception of a school environment and is administered to students and adults. Students can participate in the survey that aligns with their grade level. Student survey versions are: Kindergarten-2nd; 3rd-5th; and 6th-12th. Adults can participate in the survey that aligns with their role. Adult survey versions are: Parents, Teachers, Certified (not teachers), Classified, Administrators. Schools will send a separate message to you with a link to their survey in a couple of weeks. https://www.dcsd.org/page/school-climate-surveys
